WORK SIMPLY
As most fans do, the Air Cleaning Blowers use an impeller inside that pulls air into itself. That wheel, along with the shape of the housing, utilize the momentum of the contaminants in the air in novel, multi-patented ways to separate the particles from the air and eject them. They then push the cleaned air to the application. Simple, but effective, extremely effective.
CLEAN EFFECTIVELY
The ACBs in a typical installation install easily and simply without any special training. And they need no training to operate; just give them power. Except in special applications, they require no controls beyond an on/off switch to clean the air and maintain a constant flow of air, pressure of air, and consumption of energy.

Despite their simplicity—or perhaps because of it,—Air Cleaning BlowersTM (ACBs) clean and blow air effectively and efficiently. An internationally-recognized filter-testing laboratory testing found that our ACBs remove up to 98%+ of the mass of dust and particles in the air. This means that they separate out and eject virtually all particles larger than 10 microns and about 40% of smaller particles down to 3 microns. Hence, our ACBs clean the air so effectively that many types of electrical and process equipment, enclosures, offices, retail stores, and operator cabins on machinery don’t require any additional air cleaning, even in harsh environments.
